UK Mustang delivery

I think the last items that are fitted are the coils:
• FR3C 5310 C* Left/Front Coil
• FR3C 5310 C* Right/Front Coil
• FR3C-5560-K* Left/Rear Coil
• FR3C-5560-K* Right Rear Coil

Once you see these, then the car is ready to leave for the port...

This is what it should look like:

as you can see in primary is has the Trim colour and Fabric.

Doesn't mean much, just that the profile has 'settled' and wont change from there on out, as you're been to the upfitters, expect to be heading to Baltimore this week.

Do you know when yours left flat rock and arrived at the docks? I know mine wouldnt have left yet. Would Karen or Stacey know? I will email them on Monday or something for an update

I really don't know a lot mate. I emailed FordService just after it was built on the 6th & I got a quick email back from a 'Megan' saying 'it was on a train to the port'.
Then last Friday, I got an email from Deysha apologising for the delay in replying saying that it arrived at the dock on the 13th.
I asked Karen about the missing items on Etis & she thought that that wouldn't be done until it was at Zeebruge.

Mine had left flat rock before it had updated to include the trim fabric/colour.

Probably hasn't, probably will leave on the weekend mate. IIRC trains are like two a week from Flat Rock. FordService will be able to tell you that though.

You'll forget all about the things not included in UK cars when you get it, and fall in love with it's quirks. Don't believe me, come back in 15 weeks once you've had your car a bit ;)

Didn't I read somewhere that they've stopped making the Fusion on the line at the moment which has sped up the production?

Might have dreamed that......... I wouldn't be surprised at all

The boy Mander, he speaketh the truth! Have barely touched any of the switches since picking the car up. Used the pedals, shifter and steering wheel but that's about it ;)

I didn't even know how to change the car from farenheit to celcius until last night lol!

I've used the boot! The Sat Nav, the talking feature (Actually works really well). Set up my 'home' on the nav in case I get lost. Set up the lights... and then the DRLs :doh:. Had a wee play but if it helps here's my list:

Issues I thought i was going to have before picking up the car:
It's red (Just wait)
Plastic trims on valance/Skirts/Chin spoiler
Exhaust Note
Aluminium trim over the centre
Silver calipers
Tail lights
Deck lid emblem
Sensors (Front/Back) beepers
Sequentials
DRL not in fins
Handbrake on wrong side
Size of car
Weight of car
Tyres

Issues I now have with the car since picking up
Kids next door think I have a Ferrari because it's red with a horse
White tail lights (Fixing soon)
DRLs being halogens (Fixed)

Everything else that I thought might be an issue is no longer an issue with near 200 miles on her.


[MENTION=19927]Col3371[/MENTION] no idea mate, would have to ask FordService (Deysha) or Andy about that one to see if they have, wouldn't surprise me if they were mass pumping out the rest of the '16 mustangs to get them done before May - which was Andys plan!
