Think my car is in limbo at the moment, built 04/04/16 window sticker last updated on 13/04/16 ETIS shows primary and Minor. I asked Stacey last Tuesday whats the next stage and she said you can track it once is allocated a vessel then sent me a link to here for further info! Which i thought was funny.

So without sounding thick, how do I know when it's allocated a vessel please?

Type VIN into the WWL 'track and trace' option, it'll say 'Booked' and then 'Ready to scan at terminal' and then 'Received at terminal' when it's loaded on a vessel it'll say 'Loaded on vessel'.

Booked is when it's booked onto the vessel - usually 1 week before it goes on the ship
Read to scan at terminal is when they scan the car into the docking section of the port
Received at terminal is when it's in the terminal ready to get on the boat - usually a few days before the boat departs
Loaded on vessel is once it's been loaded on (It's about 1 day out on updating, but you'll know when the ship leaves way before this!) :cheers:

Karen/Stacey will be able to tell you when your car is allocated a vessel.

FordService on the forums can help you up until the car is at the port, once it's at the port, Karen and Stacey are your best bets.

Awesome, call your dealer >NOW< and ask them to prioritise the car for delivery. Should be able to get it to you fairly quickly, PDI etc is a short job, mine was PDI'd once, but cleaned twice. In the space of 36 hours. So can be done, just depends on the slots the dealership and dealers have.

Can't wait to see the pictures mate, soon to be joining the crew of us who have our cars (My god it feels good to say that)

Good man! See no reason why they can't do it for you.

You should do, mine was prioritised Monday, then was at dealers Tuesday. Wasn't even 24hours before it was with them. Easily do-able.

Hahaha! I was laughing when my dealer came over and was like 'Heres a mug, and a keyring, and a 4gb USB stick with a mustang on it'... In my head I was like... Do I pull the keyring out my pocket or just leave it in there. Tempted to go find loads of keyrings and put them on my keys just for [MENTION=17871]Hammer Time[/MENTION] .Two keyrings, two keys now. Morning drink with the mug Keyring team

Rarrrr mines still not showing on WWL 7 weeks after build....last update I had was its on a train...

Yes ive tried Stacey and deysha all the info ive had from them was that it was gate released and on its way to to the docks. That was a week ago.

Dealer said his ETIS screen had changed to status to US docks last Monday.

"I checked on your order and arrived at the port in Baltimore, MD on 4/13/16. Once it’s there, I’m not able to track it any further. You’re welcome to contact your dealer or the Ford Britain Customer Relationship Center at 0845-841-1111 for more info. Have a nice weekend!"

I'd ignore the "ask your dealer" bit :lol::lol::lol:

I asked Karen for the name of the boat from Zeebrugge to Southampton as it said it was booked on the shipping site but she came back to say it had already arrived there!
