Just checked WWL clicked return yadayadayada expecting 'no records found'. Up pops RECEIVED AT TERMINAL with an ETD date on the Fidelio 13th Feb 2016, arr Zeebrugge 25th Feb 2016. :clap2:

I bet the last time you felt anything as close was as a kid sneaking downstairs to see if santa had been, realised your cookie and milk was still sitting there, then came back down at 8 and seen the presents everywhere! Congrats!:cheers:

After my "Minor Features" on ETIS changing to a few new lines, it's now changed back for the most part. The build date has also changed to 04.02.2016. Well, at least ETIS is getting updrated :shrug:, Have to assume that Gate release is coming very soon?

It's entirely possible your car has gate released already. My ETIS page was happily changing after I'd been told the car was on its way to the docks. Maybe a daft question but have you had an update recently?

My update for this week was that there was no further movement. Also no invite to email again next week, however in the absence of any unsolicited updates I probably will ;)

No update recently, I emailed last week but got an Out of Office back from Karen, my email 'subject' has Karens initials in, apparently must mean that I can only deal with her, rather than with Stacey. (subject is Mustang Order XXXX - KB - VINXXXXXX)

I'll drop an email and CC in KB's work email, hopefully that gets a move along, I'd dropped Deysha a PM on here to see if she could get me an update, i'd have assumed it'd been gate released on friday, but no clue. Upfitters are at the docks are they not (As springs haven't been added on etis?)

Well, as the email is there, I see no reason why you can't just drop them an email! It's hardly unsolicited ;).

Nah i just CC'd karen's email onto it, that always gets me a reply within a few hours.

Changing subject line has worked before, but, i'd rather not bite the hand of the one who's helping me, not too hard at least :lol:

Are they? Well, my springs aren't on ETIS or i'm totally missing them under the 100 or so lines of info which keeps changing! Then again as ETIS didn't update till like 11pm GMT on 3rd for my build date, and changed to 4/2/16 for build date today, it's very up and down. So updates out with Deysha and Karen for response, will keep everyone posted as I always do :amen:

It looks like mine has left the docks and on its way to Zeebrugge (on the "Parsifal") with 32 others.

My build date settled at 2nd Feb, and i just got an e-mail to say the car is on its way to the docks. The tough bit is the wait when it gets there, as they seem to have a huge backlog.

I think it was intimated that they had sped up the whole shipping process from gate release and for a very brief period it looked like this might be the case however it doesn't appear so now - we're slipping back to stories of lengthy periods at the docks. This is probably in part due to bad weather however.

There are boats leaving on the 18th and 22nd (K Line) and 23rd (WWL). Any of these could potentially get my car to me in the 12 week period originally quoted. If my car doesn't make one of those then it'll likely be "late". However I'm sure there are cars ahead of me in the queue that are more deserving of a berth on a boat.

My car was Gate Released 4th Feb. It's on it's way to the docks as the next step, Karen didn't give me a date on that.
