Turn off remote door locks?

I don't like how the door locks fire over and over again while washing the car. Is there a way to turn off the sensors in the door handles? I tried just putting the key in the house, but it still had enough range.

yes. take the fob out of your pocket and put it in the garage while youre washing the car. then it wont

I don't have that problem . It has rained just about every dang day here since I bought this Mustang ..even the day I brought it home .. I just dry it off or run to a water hose to wet it down some and then dry it off ..

It sure gets a lot of baths some times 2 a day .. and then a proper drying ...

Just leave the fob inside the car while washing it.

Guys... it's picking up the key from inside the house.

It shouldn't be picking up the key from that far away. If I leave it in the trunk or on a ledge near the front about 8-10 feet away it doesn't pick it up. Your key is on steroids. Quick get Ken Jeong to issue an apology for that key.

Yeah, and I have to practically hit my garage door and put up both other garage doors in order for my opener to work. Go figure
