Tuning for catless header exhaust?

So my tuner sends me this today....

Hi Christian, sorry for the delay. We got word of the EPA making more restrictions on the off road exhaust set ups. We are evaluating the situation might be moving away from any such setups. I will let you know as things progress.

Comments? I was very confused
