catless header dripping

so I have a pee colored liquid dripping from all of the clamp spots along my catback after my catless header install. is this normal

also keep having check engine light for no cats. I thought this should have been taken care of with new steeda tune. car dosnt seem as fast as it should. feels about the same as before header install

I don't believe Steeda will tune for a catless setup.

The reason it feels the same is they probably didn't turn off COT protection.
