On low production runs, ill say 10 - 15 pieces, meaning 10 down pipes bend, 10 intakes bent, 10 hot side charge pipes bent, kits will be at a premiuim, so they will be priced high, these are low production runs. If a company has the equity they can opt to make large runs of the production parts to drop the price down, then drop the kit price down. but in reality, this kit probably wont be a huge seller, there are so many other turbo kit options, and bolt on turbos that im sure there were not a lot of production pieces bent on this kit, hence the higher price. Kit prices can be dropped tremendously by quantity increase, then in huge quantity's, they can be made over seas and really drop the price, but then the quality can go away. As everyone says, the price will go down on turbo kits, only because production runs will get bigger. Give it a year or two and more and more people will be buying kits. Bolt on turbo prices will come down as well as production runs increase. You want it now, your gonna pay more, its simple.
