I recently got an E85 flex fuel and e85R tune on the car and the first time I pumped E85 it leaned the alch % to 84.7 in about 10 minutes, data logged on both tunes and tuner said everything looked great. Went out of town and couldn’t find any E where I was at so I pumped 93(on flex tune) and then about a week ago I pumped E85 again but it has not been able to read the alch %(stays at around 40-50 but no learn flag) I’ve refueled about 2 times since and still nothing, doesn’t go past 65% and then just dives down to 40% again in minutes. I have a 2019 mustang GT stock intake manifold but has long tube headers and cold air intake +tunes of course on NGauge. If anyone has any suggestions/help I’d appreciate it.

I take it you’re still on the flex tune? If so, try a KAM reset via the NGauge.

If you’re on the E85R tune the learn flag will never trigger. The E85R tune just assumes you have good quality E85 all the time.

Thanks will try that, I got the revX E85 test kit now just to make sure I’m putting good E85 in before hand probably should’ve had that to begin with lol.
