I wouldn't pay the extra money for triple yellow if I was gonna end up painting it anyways lol.

Some of the pics that you posted make it look orange to me. Can't wait to see it in person.

I agree. Also, a good paint job out here is $4,000 - and its seldom looks as good as factory.

I can't paint the engine bay yellow for $495, so it's still a good deal. The alternative would be to get a black car, but then I would need to have it completely done in white base coat before the new yellow could be applied (you can't really paint yellow on top of black) and that would also be more than $495. So again, a good deal.

Yeah I would agree on that. When it comes to average American repair paintwork, it's pretty terrible. I don't mean to sound snobby but here in Europe it's a different story. I currently drive a completely repainted Audi A5 coupe and the paintwork is better than factory. A whole lot better as a matter of fact. They did a double clear coat on it and after 3 years and 40K miles it has only one stone chip and still shines like a dick in the moonshine.

I would just leave it alone to much of a head ache to change colors I've been there. I don't like the look of a mix matched engine bay unless you spray it black but thats some more issues.

Well you do sound snobby I've had very good luck out of my painter's work. He doesn't use any kind of bondo and I've always had a factory better finish after he's done. If you want half-assed work in Merica I would go to Macco. Where they just paint over anything and if you want your car to look like an orange lol.

I didn't like it at first either, until it dawned on me that the corral is in the shape of the grill opening to match it. Then it kind of clicked and I liked it. I wanted the 50th appearance package for the seats and the chrome around the taillights, but the grill insert grew on me pretty quickly.

I agree. Plus I am getting guard and to me it sometimes looks a little dark in the front end between the color and the black grill. The corral wakes that up for me. Still probably gonna change faux gas cap to GT though....

Glad to finally see a front plate bracket. Man I hope the aftermarket has brackets quick, as I will want to convince the dealer to not put that bolt-on one on and let me put an aftermarket that bolts inside the bumper instead. There's just no good way to make a front plate look good on a sports car...ugh

They are V6'ers so they might be rental fleet cars that were made on a pre-production test-run.

Would be an effective way to drop them.
