tread width/height

couple questions for you all, im new here. so sorry if this has been beat up already.

what are the widest tread widths and largest diameters for the front and back with r spec rims without any rubbing or issues?

i just picked up a set of p51 101rf r spec rims from josh over at PK Auto Design and not sure what to put on them.

ive seen posts on here where people put 325's in the rear but tread widths go from 11-13 depending on who made them.

would 315's fit upfront?

Ask PK auto, they know. I’ve bought two sets of forged wheels from them, would recommend them, and Paul had those recommendations when I asked.

Type in ‘325’ and you will get a couple of threads, and yes some people run some tires at 325 square. 315 are most common to a Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 and loads of people run that -it’s the R fitment. Front 315 also, if you have a little work into tuning sway bars and springs for overall balance.

Honestly, on this forum there are so many track junkies with custom forged wheels, they all have a different opinion on fitment. For example, I stick with 305 square because it has the best tire selection.

Look up the tire brand ans exact size on Tire rack. In Specifications, it provides all that and recommended wheel sizes
