Damn. I have around 62,000 miles on my 2021 Mustang. I was having many issues with the car jerking agressively, it would not go away until I released the gas pedal and sometimes I would take a but to shift from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd. I reported this a few times within the past year. A week ago I started the car after sitting for a week. I took it for a ride and the car would not shift from 1st to 2nd gear until it was almost at 5k and when I could come to a stop it would shit from 3rd to 1st very hard, almost to the point that my sealbelt would lock up. I took it to the dealer to have them look at it and Ithis past Friday I received a call from the dealer that the CDF needs to be rebuilt. I love this car so I hope after this, everythings gets resolved.

CDF drum is most definitely the problem. They know this and only do as last resort under warranty
