I saw "wide body" and thought it would be the stupid SEMA style bolt on fender flares that we saw too much of this last year.

I had no idea it was gonna be stupid Bushwhacker type fender flares off of a Ford Ranger.

There are some micro aspects which are interesting. Specifically the rear tail light/bumper area. However overall it's very tasteless.

The should have just got a GT350 Mule, done some mild changes in Police trim and deleted the resonators. At least it would sound evil, even if they made it hideous looking.

Then again it is a big GM commercial, just like Superman v Batman, Jack Reacher 2, are Chrysler commercials.

Maybe it's my inner 12 year old but, except for the spoiler, I think the Mustang looks cool.

Subtract the spoiler and push-bar and I'd drive it!

I think they tried as hard as they could to ugly those cars up. Not a fan of the new Camaro but it wasn't horrible looking. Somehow they managed to beat it with like 8 ugly sticks and then ran it into a pile of shit for good measure. The mustang, that one I get, Chevy is the sponsor so of course the evil mustang needs to look bad but I mean the camaro is down right hidious. I would be surprised if GM isn't pissed

The Mustang is overdone but I don't think it looks as horrible as most here are saying. Poor bumblebee looks hideous though. It wouldn't surprise me if the 2018 Mustang refresh has similar styled rear lights though.
