Tranny knocked and Turn off engine, shift without clutch

I went dealership about Thuds and i left car there half week. i take back my car today. They said they can not fine any issue and they could not do anything. I feel my shifter is smooth even they said they did not do anything. It is really different feeling.

Anyway i notice transmission is knocking when get into up shift on high rpm.i think the synchronize knocked. Is that normal?

And i shocked. I can put gear without clutch really smooth when i turned off engine. I never think it should happen But it does and all of my friends car does that too. I really shocked.

I/you/one can put shifter in/out/in gear without clutch all the time, when the car is turned off of course.
