Seems like I was in the same position as the OP over the summer. My '16 GT Premium, non-PP with 53k miles at purchase tramlined terribly, I really had to be mindful on the highway as this car would have followed a rut right off the road.
It came with 6yo 255/40-19 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ that had about 20,000 miles on them and still had about 5/32 worth of tread all around and had worn evenly. The OE shocks were also woefully tired so I replaced them and OE springs first with Steeda all around and had their IRS alignment bushings and support kit installed. I had a custom alignment performed by a trusted shop, nothing too aggressive as this is my DD.
The car now felt and handled worlds better, but still tramlined the same as before. The PS A/S 3+ tires were pretty loud, but still gave excellent and predictable grip overall. Finally decided to change the tires out to Continental SRS+ and tramlining has been completely eliminated. So in my case, new tires all around fixed the problem.
