Seems like I was in the same position as the OP over the summer. My '16 GT Premium, non-PP with 53k miles at purchase tramlined terribly, I really had to be mindful on the highway as this car would have followed a rut right off the road.

It came with 6yo 255/40-19 Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ that had about 20,000 miles on them and still had about 5/32 worth of tread all around and had worn evenly. The OE shocks were also woefully tired so I replaced them and OE springs first with Steeda all around and had their IRS alignment bushings and support kit installed. I had a custom alignment performed by a trusted shop, nothing too aggressive as this is my DD.

The car now felt and handled worlds better, but still tramlined the same as before. The PS A/S 3+ tires were pretty loud, but still gave excellent and predictable grip overall. Finally decided to change the tires out to Continental SRS+ and tramlining has been completely eliminated. So in my case, new tires all around fixed the problem.

We have an atricle on tramlingin:
What Is Tramlining On Your S550 Mustang? | Steeda

As many have said, first check is alignment.

What I have noticed most from Large retailer is that they will just scan your Vin, pull up the range Ford has available, and as long as you are within it (green) they will say all good.
Problem with that is (Green) is -1.8 to -.3, which is way too wide open, and will burn up tires and can cause tramlining.

Below are the specs we set suspension to in our Valdosta, GA location.

Street
Front camber -1.03 degrees on both sides (Performance and Handling Pack)
Front camber -.72 degrees on both sides (non-Performance and Handling Pack)
Caster +7.0 degrees on both sides
Front toe +0.01 degrees per side total toe of +0.02 degrees, this is toe in
Rear camber -1.5 degrees on both sides
Rear toe +0.115 degrees per side, total toe of +0.23 degrees, this is toe in

Adding a G-trac Brace can help with Tramlining:
Steeda 555 5535 Mustang Ultralite 2-Point G-Trac Brace (15-26)
Steeda 555 5536 Mustang Extreme G-Trac K-Member Brace (15-26)
