Train to Truck

How long does it take for them to take the car off the train, put it on a truck, and ship it to the dealer? My car was in TN as of two days ago and the dealer is about an hour from the train depot but my dealer said delivery is expected to be mid March now. That doesn't make sense to me. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Man idk!? I hope it's a mistake because my car sitting an hour away from the dealer for a month is total BS. If that's the case I'll go there and get it myself lol if only.

Mine sat at the railyard for weeks. I counted each and every day during that long wait. Now that I have the car I can't remember exactly how long it took. Driving makes you forget all the bad experiences during the buying/waiting process.

Mine also sat at the railyard for 2+ weeks! And now it's sat for another 2 weeks waiting for transport to ship from the dealer to me.

I feel your pain man! The railyard was 4 hours from my dealer. Unfortunately, the dealer is 1000 miles from me! It's taken me 3 brokers and nearly 3 weeks to finally find transport from the dealer to me. Was supposed to be picked up today so I would see it on Friday. Lo and behold, the weather caused a delay in the pickup date. Now it won't be picked up until Friday, with delivery on Sunday! Ugh!

Depends when the workers at the rail yard get to the freight car with your vehicle on it. Probably on a first come first serve basis.

It sure does. I know the wait will be worth it...once it FINALLY arrives. Lol!!!

Hahaha my GF has heard nothing but 350 for a little over 6 months. She's already tired of it too lol. I agree it'll totally be worth it but damn waiting is hard!

Hang in there guys! I ordered 7/23 and was delivered 2/1. The wait is definitely worth it and I havent been able to drive the damn thing yet
