Hi,
I've been checking the ETIS system for any kind of status update on my car, which was built more than a month ago. I have my window sticker which also confirms the build date as 03/03/18.
I obviously have my VIN, which I had to encode myself as the dealer only gave me a 11 character VIN.
I can see the car on the ETIS system and everything looks correct, but there's been zero activity or anything that would highlight any progression (not that I really understand what I'm looking at).
I've tried to use the cotus system but nomatter how I enter my information all I ever get is an error saying "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order.".
The problem is... My dealer has been less than transparent on detail and I'd really like to get some insight into what's going on.
Any ideas?
P.S I've emailed [email protected] twice and I never got a reply.
