I think the search radius in miles is REALLY small. I have several dealers that are closer to me than the one I ordered from, but it's only maybe 25 - 30 miles from me. When I put in my zip code, it didn't show the dealer I ordered from, so I had to go find the zip code of the dealer's location and try that instead.

Yeah but I'm only like 3 miles from my dealer and live in the same zip, yet it pulls other dealers that are 20+ miles away.

I've tried putting in other zips and searching by name with nothing.

COTUS shows Countryside Ford of Clearwater...and I can't find them on the inventory site...other than one in like WI..

I should have added that even after I did that with the zip code, my dealer doesn't show any inventory either. There must be some step between getting a VIN and build date that allows it to appear on the inventory site.

I know. But still I have a question. How can Canadian customers check there order online? It looks like my EcoBooster isn't showing up because our dealers have different dealer numbers. My dealer # is B6230 - so no F xxxxxx number.

Please don't point to FORD.ca. I am not sure but Ford Canada don't know how to update their website like FORD.com does.... :rant:

If you got your VIN#. If not. You need your order# and dealer# from your order list. And I am to 90% sure - you must have ordered it in the USA. The search tool can't do anything with my Canadian dealer number so far. :shrug:
