Morning Fellas -

As mentioned in my last thread it does look like I will be getting back into a Shelby. GT500 with a track pack and currently fingers crossed for Twister Orange. The request to change the colour is in...should know in a week.

That being said, I spend a lot of time on the track and was curious what track additions you fellas have gone with thus far. My GT350R had a variety of things done (tune, exhaust, camber plates, brake ducts, etc) and my AMG GTR Pro has similar things done to it (tune, track alignment via shims and some TiKT brake ducts).

Anything in particular on this car I need to focus on? Any specific track alignments you guys have found work well?

Wider tires on the rear? How are the brake lines and the brake cooling?

Thanks in advance. Really looking forward to getting this thing. As per usual, we are going to beat the shit out of it!

I do not thing you have to do much to this car. Personally I would use Vorshlag camber plates over the factory ones. Other than that, you are in great shape from the get go.

I went with the Vorshlag camber plates but my base car did not have the factory adjustable camber plates. I am actually in the process of finishing up the install. My Caliperfexion caliper studs and extensions should be here tomorrow and I can finish the install.

Ahhhhh, YES! How silly of me to forget to mention the caliper studs. Track use is the prime example for needing these. Highly, highly, highly recommended.

Since I am the only one turning the wrench on my car, two sets of extensions seems excessive (LOL) so yes, just one set of extension sleeves and two sets of the caliber studs obliviously.
