If that is the actual package of the units you installed, I have a concern: they were bagged in 2017.
TMPS sensors have two primary bits: an accelerometer and a battery.
As the wheel spins and the accelerometer becomes active, the battery is used to power the sensor, the wheel alerting the car.
Just like a bag of batteries of the shelf, I'm worried those units, if eight years old, are nearing end-of-life, or, have already lost a good bit of their power.
If bought on-line from a third party, it would not be unusual they picked them up from somewhere else, from an old inventory purge or stale inventory, and sold. If they don't work, hopefully they have a return policy.
If bought from a dealer or the shop that installed the wheels, save the receipt.
