Thinking about buying new takeoff wheels and tires. Tires are already mounted and TPMS not included. How much would a shop charge to install TPMS sensors if I supply them? Do they have to re-balance the tires afterwards? Can I use the sensors that come with the factory tires? (I've ordered a 2018 and I plan to swap the wheels/tires right away. Factory wheels are 18", new ones are 20")

when I had to replace TPMS on a 2006 car, Discount tire was able to pull the bead down far enough to swap out the sensor without having to fully dismount and rebalance. Cost about $15-20 each

Wondering if I can use the TPMS sensors from the stock 18" wheels in a new set of 20" wheels/tires? Or should I buy new set of sensors?

As I understand it the TPMS sensors are integrated into the valve stem so to answer your questions yes you should be able to reuse the sensors. they also weigh more than a normal valve stem which would throw the balance off so yeah probably have to do that as well.

I would buy new sensors. They cost $50-60 dollars for the set.
