As I understand it the TPMS sensors are integrated into the valve stem so to answer your questions yes you should be able to reuse the sensors. they also weigh more than a normal valve stem which would throw the balance off so yeah probably have to do that as well.

you just need to know the bore of the racestar wheels and the mustang hub to order some on amazon or ebay or summit. those might work but I don't know the hub bore of the racestar wheels as to whether they're needed or not. this is from the racestar website...
