Maybe I'm over thinking it but that would make me a little uneasy winching my car up on a trailer with that setup but would probably work great for flat tows.
you could always take the bumper support off and have someone weld the blowfish bracket on - that's what I would do if I were using it. Also you still will have to do some "trimming," I guarantee it (lower grill at the very least). This is what the Watson / Ford racing tubular support with hook looks like installed with the bumper cover removed:
