Touchscreen Fingerprint Protection

I thought I saw a post floating around somewhere on this forum regarding a touchscreen clear cover that could be added over the screen which allows the tactile control to be maintained.

I welcome any recommendations, experiences, or pointers to that post!

Aren't the MFT screens capacitive? A fingernail wouldn't really work with one if that's the case. Or are they resistive?

Edit: just found out that they're resistive. Yay for fingernails!

Any IPAD screen protector cut down to size will work great on the cars touch screen if your worried about fingerprints. Make sure the iPAD screen protector is anti-fingerprint. eg http://www.trust.com/en/all-products/18671-antifingerprint-screen-protector-for-ipad
