Torn wire question

Hey y’all!

I started having a misfire on cylinder 8 yesterday and it couldn’t sit right with me as there were no problems before whatsoever. Ford app said it’s something with injector 8, so I looked under the hood and found a torn wire going to, what I hope, is an injector 8. Not sure how the hell did that happen but I’m just wondering if what I’m thinking is correct and that’s the injector’s wiring.

That LOOKS like an injector plug, if so, that would certainly do it. Now you have to figure out who/what happened.

I park in the driveway under a cover so I hope that none of them. But anything’s possible to be honest, probably gotta take the whole thing apart low lol
