^^^^ This. I considered a C7 Vette but thought better of it b/c of the reported A8 transmissions issues AND my own experience with a 2016 GMC Yukon Denali (had it for about 1.5 years). The Yukon exhibited all kinds of issues: the engine (or transmission, or both) would shudder while idling in park, etc.; the nav/radio screen flickered frequently and went blank on occasion (seems to be a problem with Vettes that share the same screen); piece of trim literally almost blew off while driving (had to replace it); transmission (A8) would often shift with a disconcerting thunk; and so on. Given those general concerns re GM quality and the piss poor visibility of the Camaro - not interested. For those that say "use your mirrors" - you do realize those have inherent blind spots, right? And turning your head reveals a giant C pillar.

I personally know three people with 6th Gen Camaro's who have had to have their rear ends replaced, under warranty, due to the groan issue..

In general it seems the Gen 6 has more problems than the 5th Gen did
If you've ever watched an owner of a newer Camaro trying to get in or out of their cars its easy to see why they need their rear ends replaced, LOL.

I agree with you, it almost as bad as getting inside my vette... but I'm still young I don't care :)
