Hello members,

Finally installed the Tonneau (spider) cover on my s550.
A company in USA named Clinched (https://www.clinchedflares.com/shop/st-s550/2015-ford-mustang-spider-top/) has launched it for all s550 models 2015 onwards and now are also producing the same for Shelby America.

Here how it sits on my stang. You can see more photos on my instagram: @redpony69

cheers,
FA

Looks real good!

Quick off topic question though! Who's GT350 style fenders did you use?

Thanks
Ken

The 2 side panels fit in the trunk and you can close the top, however the large hump piece remains so kind of deleting the back seats (who needs them anyway ;-)).

Here is a video of the install.., Enjoy

I've gotta say, impressive installation video. Why the circle cutout on the plastic trim? Maybe I missed that part. Otherwise, it seems easy enough to return to stock if necessary.

That's where the quiklock fits to secure the side panels to the main hull.

How about wind with top down? Suppose one of those wind screens is no longer required:)

Thanks mate! the wind is negligible and is greatly cut out due to the large hull.

Is this the same as on the Shelby Speedster also what needs doing before you can put the top up and how long does it take to do it. I assume the seats etc stay in place or do they have to be removed.
You have done a terrific job on your vert and looks like I may follow. My only serious mod is a GT350 style bonnet which I think improves the car a lot.

There are three sections. The main center section stays in place when you put the top up. The two side sections stow in the trunk. Seats stay in. Just takes an extra 20 seconds to put the top up.

the spider top is amazing have had it on my car since they went in production the company is local. Great customer service as well. Wish they made something to store the top 2 pieces in for the trunk hoping with them being on the Shelby there will be something. I never put my top up anymore

Please do share some photos of your stang with the spider cover. I am also looking forward to some sort of a slip on cover for the side panels. In the meantime, I got a friend to stitch covers cases made out of heavy curtain fabric to stow away the panels.

Here are some latest phots of my stang:
