In many areas the student provides the car, whether it be their future car or their parents, and the "student driver" just gets slapped on. This is definitely one of the more obnoxious signs that I have seen, usually it's just a couple magnetic flat decals. Hopefully there is some felt or...
There is no such thing as a perfect car. If you want to be anal about every millimeter of every panel on a car go for it. The reality is, however, that it is virtually impossible to mass produce a "perfect" car given you have to allow for assembly tolerances, manufacturing tolerances, expansion...
Well, it looks like I will be modding the hood vents immediately after delivery. I understand the turn signals are a nod to the Mustang heritage but at the very least they could have just made that an option. I personally don't care for them and am perfectly capable of seeing a flashing green...
I am partial to Prosport gauges but there are many others out there.
Guage

Oil Sandwich Plate (I know this works for the 4.6 GT but the Coyote motor is not listed so i'd verify with Prosport or find something similar by another...
Coming from an Infiniti G35 and Nissan 350Z, my motives are strictly power related. I didn't care for all the "luxury" crap. Never used the sunroof, used the heated seats maybe a dozen times in 8 years which is hardly worth it, don't care for factory NAV as they are always shit, memory seats are...
Not sure what all the boners are about here, it's just a damn blinker. Also, given the location I wouldn't be surprised to see these fail prematurely. To each his own I guess but I'll stick with the flashing lights on the dash, they do just fine
$150 for a digital gauge an oil pressure sensor and your problem is solved...
A simple arduino module could be conceived to do this without too much fuss. Someone just has to want to do it...
Same two answers as above...
Best ROM there is!
Again, $150 digital gauge and sensor will get...
Accidentally posted this in the render sticky before seeing that this would be the more appropriate place.
Could someone remove the side view mirrors and shave the doorhandles? I'm curious as to what it would look like. I plan on removing the mirrors and replacing...
Could someone remove the sideview mirrors and shave the doorhandles? I'm curious as to what it would look like. I plan on removing the mirrors and replacing them with cameras but Im not sure how it will look.
I have compared, several times, over lengthy test drives. There is a difference in feel, yes, but it is all electronic. Aftermarket tunes already improve auto shift points. The concept of fiddling with buttons every time one gets in the car is why am I saying this is gimmicky and archaeic. If...
Who cares, just drive the damn car. Idk why people get so caught up with "driving modes", it's just a gimmick. Your car doesn't go any faster or perform any better just because you have different " modes". It's a sports car, get in, put your foot on the go pedal, and have fun!
Awesome pics! I'm mad that I haven't made the move out to Denver yet, I leave next week, or I would have been there. The Philly auto show this year was a huge disappointment and I was in and out in 3 hours. No GT350's, only two 2015 mustangs, and hardly any newer model cars. I am glad to see...
Everyone already said it was outrageous and I agree completely. An alignment shouldn't cost more than $100, maybe $150 if it's a "nicer shop. Spring install is 2-2.5 hours tops with a beer break. I've done full suspensions in 3 hours or less and that was coil overs, anti-sway bars, and LCA's...
I didn't want to start another thread just to ask this question so I am going to revive this one. Any further news on the k-member or other suspension components? I know your springs are just about ready to go and I like what you guys do so I fully intend on using BMR for all of my suspension...
Just take it to a tint/vinyl shop. I can't imagine it being more than $50 to put on a piece of matte black vinyl...or buy a piece online and do it yourself if you want to save some money.
Idk how I missed this thread but I am glad I found it! I've been trying to tell people there is no reason to spend 1k+ on an exhaust system when it's just a bunch of pipe (which is cheap, relatively speaking). Sounds great, thanks for the vids!
They first two sets were HPS pads and then the replacement set they sent me was the HP+. Honestly, I had used all three for a total of almost 5 years and was never 100% satisfied. Not to mention going through three sets of pads in that time span. I drove the dragon a few times and my daily...
DO NOT GET HAWK PADS!! They are terrible. The first set I had wasn't too bad, just moderate dusting. The second set, my passenger front pad cracked in half and destroyed my rotor. The replacement set they sent me dusted sooo bad even though they are supposed to be low dust. I switched to EBC...
