I added 2 degrees if ignition timing from 2000 to 4000 RPM, this is the speed I drive mostly. Well I picked up a little MPG not enough to brag on. The torque I got is enough my butt dyno knows it. I am thinking of adding a little more at a time then back off if I get spark knock or loss of power.

That's cool, not sure what you're trying to get as far as answers, but I'd recommend you stop messing around with SCT settings before you damage your powertrain.

Look at getting a tune from a company that does it for a living. For the cheap end, MPT is king. I still run them because it's quality and way better than what I got out of AMR. On the higher end for price you've got AMR (Auto Mafia) and Ortiz Performance. If I was buying my first tune now, I'd probably check Ortiz but I'm still happy with MPT too - they've really nailed the trans tuning part of it.
