Time to upgrade to a Fuel system, here is what I’m considering.

My Procharged D1x needs more fuel. When i got it installed there was no money in my budget to get a fuel system. So I went with a bap. I have the money now and considering a few kits. I will not be using e-85 because there’s no stations in my area. So 93 pump and race gas for track events. My budget for this kit is $1500. Im looking at the Sai li kit , the lethal level 1 kit, i also looked at vmp’s budget kit but its $1600. Ive been hearing that the walbro 465 pumps that come with 2 of those kits, burn up over time, is this true? The Sai li kit uses twin gt-500 pumps but also uses your own fuel lines. I know that kit is limited to 900 wheel on pump and thats fine.

Most people will tell you to save more money and get a Fore kit and I would agree with them if E85 is in your future. For pump/race gas the sai li kit will cover it.

Deatchwerks was running a sale on their kit that was an improvement over the sai li kit in the same type configuration and was in your price range. Might want to look into that.

Stock pump and BAP can support 700whp on pump 93. Beyond that, you are octane limited. How much power are you making on 93?

I'm selling my Sai Li dual pump return system if you are interested. $700 shipped (or $725 if you want the Nitrous outlet fuel rail adapter that has an extra port to run a fuel pressure gauge). works perfect I just upgraded to Sai's triple pump set up

i made 723 whp with 93 and The cats were on at that time. Now i have no cats & its a little more. This is why i can no longer hold off from getting a fuel system..gotta tell you i’m leaning towards the lethal level1 kit because it gives you more for the money.

Can’t you just drop in a DW400 pump and make a shit ton with a BAP on gas?

I could but i want more flexibility so that if i get the bug for more power later on, i have the fuel system already there to do it.

I guess my point is that making more than 700 is less than ideal on straight pump 93. But yea the Lethal kit looks good!

Give them a call 724-737-5088.

Yeah i called road heavers the other day . He cant sell any kits now do to backlogged parts from ford That are unavailable at this time.

You didn’t read my previous post. I called them to order the kit Monday. He said he cant sell any kits because the parts he gets from ford are backordered for months. I dont want to wait that long...

I wonder why other vendors do not add a extra FPCM along with the Factory FPCM in their kits?
I like this idea!
