Thud is getting out of control!

So i had the thud while shifting from day1, but it happens when the car and transmisson is warmed up. Since the weather is warmer now the thud is getting ridiculous! It feels like the entire car is shaking and it even rattles the passenger door, there is something loose there but a shifting causing a shake like that i ve never seen before. Its almost like the car behind me hits me in the rear bumper with 2mph! I had an ls3 camaro before and besides grinding issues the transmisson was so quiet! I took it to Ford and their answer was its normal! :frusty: If this keeps going i might use the 12,000 mile lemon law and return the car to the dealer. Absolutely pissed off!
