Throttle stumble around 2k rpms

I have a 2015 mustang gt that had its intake manifold bank imcr shaft break and it also had this stumble at 2k rpms and a popping at the throttle body after doing the imcr delete and having the car tuned, i replaced the throttle body with a 87mm c&l it still has the stumble around 2k rpms and will throw the car into limp mode, with no check engine light, has anyone had this happen before?
