Throttle loss in third gear 3500rpm

Ok, I've seen a couple issues on here and I haven't seen the fix yet. I have a loss of throttle predominantly in 3rd gear @ 3500rpm or so, sometimes a touch earlier. Feels like the throttle is just taken away, still slowly revs up but feels like there is no input from pedal until bamn it hits and goes like a bat outta hell. Also feels a little like a rubber band in lower gears, but no codes or issues other than that. Any ideas? I doubt it's my brake switch causing it only in 3rd at 3500rpm

Tuned. But does it on stock profile as well

I was going to suggest the tune (happened to me when tuning, the tuner sent a new one and fixed it), but it looks like yours happens on the stock tune, too.
