Has anyone re bored the stock TB? If so did you reuse the spindle? But a new one? Where did you get the Butterfly from? I was thinking about doing this with my honing machine to 90mm

bad idea, today's ecm's are very touchy with regard to TB's. if you don't have the right data to describe to the ecm about your TB then you are going to have issue with idling and general driveability. surging, etc.

you won't gain anything anyways.

what are the values for a hand ported home made throttle body?

zero. are you going to replace the blade with a larger 90mm or just open up before and after the blade?

maybe on a fully modded car you would see a bit of power but it's typically the last thing I would do or worry about. I know it's an easy mod but still.....one would be better off reading a book or something with their time. ;-)

Either use the bbk or ford racing that fits the boss manifold and victor II manifold. Personally id wait for accufabs that will work directly on the stock manifold and possibly the boss.

p&p throttle body always gets a gain in horsepower and torque. ive done it on several cars.
im waiting for machine shop to do mine. no tune required ill just disconnect my battery cables for a few minutes.
