Throttle Body vs CAI

Would love someone's opinion on which of these upgrades would be the best bang for your buck. I haven't done anything to my 2015 V6 with the exception of adding flowmasters over the weekend. I could only do one mod right now so in your guys opinion which one should I go with?

My vote would be CAI first. Get more air to the throttle body before upgrading the throttle body. You should see more of a difference with the CAI then you would with the throttle body alone.

What about the shorty headers? Everyone here seems to say they've been worth the money for smoothing the low end power.

Headers are on the list of mods I want. I especially like them paired with the roush axle back. I haven't been a fan of the flowmasters the drone is awful and I'm tying to find a way to get rid of it for now until I have the money saved up for the headers and roush axle back at the same time. Don't like the way the roush axle back sounds alone

I have roush abs and air aid CAI and could not be happier

i have the bbk 73mm throttle body and i can "feel" more low end power but when i time my 0-60's it slowed me down 0.4 -1.2 seconds.
