Hi Everyone,
I have a 2018 mustang gt 6spd, and I been having weird issues with the transmission when trying to shift gears. It just isn't smooth and the power feels choppy. About two months ago I went ahead and reset the throttle body and what a difference it made in performance and shifting! However, just about every 300 miles, the car starts acting up again. I end up having to constantly reset the throttle body for the car to drive smooth again. It's also as if the RPMs die off when shifting between gears and when the throttle body get's reset, the RPMs don't die as fast, power delivery is smoother and so are the shifts.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Is this normal with this car?
Do I need a new throttle body or do I just need a tune?
Thanks!
