From the guy who spent money on, among other things, a set of GT350 center caps and an RTR LED grill...😉
Yeah don’t forget the fact that I also spent $10 grand on an edelbrock 2650. So yeah a lot of joke numbers.

$10K for an edelbrock is the only joke number I see in here
you must 1. Not know what edelbrocks are worth. 2. Not know what kind of power the 2650 is known to make. And 3. Not understand that I included total spent. Labor install too. So yeah. Once again enjoy that whipple and that cracked reservoir.

Enjoying it every day! Thanks. (127 pages of "Edelbrock troubleshooting manual" leads me to believe their kit is far from perfect either.)

hi guys,

I placed my order for the Whipple kit 3 weeks ago and today I recieved the email from Fedex stating the label was created with all the shipping details (package weight etc...) and that estimated delivery date by 8/16/2022.

did the same happen to you where they created the fedex label but didn't ship until several weeks later?
or is it that Whipple is actually catching up and the wait time has reduced to about 3 weeks as opposed to the 10-14 range you all experienced?

I just don't want to get too excited yet...and then get my heart broken lol

thank u all!

When I got my shipping notification it was on the way. I think they may have finally caught up.

Whipple is still backed up about 6-10 weeks now, they have been doing a good job.

There are some dealers like myself that order them for inventory and wait so that we can have them on our shelves. There just arent a lot of dealers that do that. So it is harder to find them in stock. But I have a few 18+ mustang and f150 kits in stock, can ship monday.

An update, I finally got it on 8/16, that means 4 weeks total from the day I placed the order until I received it.

seems they are doing much better now.

Great, if you don't mind me asking, what would you say the TOTAL cost for your kit and install, finished cost. Just trying to budget real Start to Finish cost.
Thanks

I bought the kit directly from Whipple on their website, $8,195 + tax for the 18-22 gt stage 1 kit.
I'm doing the install myself, don't really know how much shops are charging for it.

Thanks. I will do the same, I think shops are charging north of 2k for the complete install. What WHP are you targeting for with your set up?
Good Luck
