...thanks to the rescue services who managed to dig him out the ceiling ! THAT is the review I will remember.

So there was at least one instance of truly the Top Gear effect that was anticipated

I was expecting that after a favourable review on the worlds top car programme that the increased exposure would elevate interest and demand for the Mustang into the stratosphere.

Unfortunately it is not to be thanks to a combination of apathy towards the shows primary presenters resulting in significantly lower audience numbers and a negative attitude problem from the review presenter who will hopefully disappear into obscurity.

To be fair on him he must already be fairly obscure. I'd never heard of him before watching the review and won't be at all surprised if I never hear from him again...

Finally got round to watching the Mustang review.
We know that the car isn't for everyone so why give it to someone who clearly doesn't get it. Think Chris Harris could have happily punched him.

Nothing unfortunate about it as far as I'm concerned. Quite happy for the S550 to remain a relatively rare thing of beauty to be seen on UK roads.
