The rubber shield between the wheels and the frame

Hi to all!

I'm sorry for the stupid question, but I cannot understand how this part is called in English and where I can buy it.
I'm referring to the rubber shield that is mounted on the frame, between the frame and the wheels, to protect the inside from debris, dust, and so on.

Both the front left and front right rubber covers are broken, so I would like to replace them.

Can you help me, please?

One of them was already like that when I got the car, I damaged the other one when I removed the front bumper. It was crystallized and cracked even with a soft touch.
