Had a blister from an impact and they cut around it and they made a patch. Close up you can ID where edges meet but from 6 ft away you really can't see it. Patch was about 1/2 " round.

Two different brand tires may add to the problem too.

My 2018 had plastic pan leaking at about 18k. Replaced under warranty and leaking again, out of warranty. Sad thing is my 2023 Bronco sport has the same plastic junk.

My tender is connected to the + and - terminals of the battery. Is this confusing the BMS. I always do the BMS reset as suggested in your link after unplugging the tender.

Also if it is a cable system the levers at the calipers that the cable is attached to stick from rust and the spring is no longer strong enough to release or fully release the brake.
