Here is some shots of my car on our Silver Polished VFS2's running a 275/30/20 and a 305/30/20 also dropped on Sportlines
It's unfortunate even your normal non-forged wheels are $4000~ for us in Australia

Otherwise I'd certainly love to get a set of 20's.

30 series isn't enough meat for my taste.

Yes, that's clear, but there's no reason to list all widths between 245 and 315. I'm interested in seeing any photos of 30-series fitments.

Yes there is plenty reason. For example, a 315/35 has the same sidewall height as a 245/45. (I use those numbers because I'm familiar with them right now as I'm shopping those sizes for my other project)

You have to have the section width in order for that 30 to mean anything. A 315/30 will have a lot more sidewall than a 245/30. First, you must choose your width and then you choose your aspect ratio in order to achieve the desired overall height you are looking for.

We all know how to size tires and don't need any additional advice. We just need a collection of 30-series fitment photos. Thanks to all the thread contributors who have been able to grasp that simple concept.

I see why everyone wants to "teach" you, but I also see what you want. Seems everyone goes with a 35 series tire with 20" wheels With the typical 275/35 and 305/35 or 315/35 out back. I think I prefer the 275/30 and 305/30 setup myself as it keeps the diameter closer to the stock 27"

SHFTN6's 295/30f and 305/30r setup is one of the best I've seen for 20" wheels.

Thank goodness I wasn't dumb enough to specify complete tire sizes, or he wouldn't have posted.

Agreed, his setup looks amazing!

Maybe just ask for 20" wheels setups with 27" diameter tires to keep confusion at bay...lol

Then you should be more clear in your question. Else you'll get photos of 225/30/15's and wonder why.

Fwiw, most people don't know how to size tires. And it's pretty obvious by your initial request that you don't either. You simply cannot get the look you want, no matter what it is, with your selected criteria.

Good luck and I hope you get what you want in your mind.

Already getting it, because it's a very simple, easy to understand request to those of us who actually know how to size a tire.

Now if we could please just get back on track and post some more pictures of S550s with 30-series tires, we would all benefit.

Here ya go. S550 with 30 series tires.

You get all kinds of stuff when you don't ask for exactly what you want. How about 215/30/24's.
