It's a Circular Polarizer. It can be attached to the lens and rotated depending on the location of the sun. It will remove certain reflections. Especially from the windows.e2,
Sorry if I missed it.....what's a "CPL"?

Looking Good! Were you shooting at dusk? What settings? Some of the pics I took last night with the Prime 35 F2.0 Lens. Turned out pretty well. Again, as always, feel free to critique/criticize as you see fit!

Thanks man! Not quite dusk, it was at about 5:00 to 5:45 I took these pics. Sunset was at 7:30. ISO was set to 100 on all the pics, while most where taken at F2.0 and F2.8, some were 4.0 and a 5.6 .Looking Good! Were you shooting at dusk? What settings?

Very nice man! That's a good time to get pics. The light is really diffused and nice. Thanks man! Not quite dusk, it was at about 5:00 to 5:45 I took these pics. Sunset was at 7:30. ISO was set to 100 on all the pics, while most where taken at F2.0 and F2.8, some were 4.0 and a 5.6 .

Thanks man! Yeah, it was perfect timing. I was afraid it'd still be a little too bright at that time, but turned out perfect.Very nice man! That's a good time to get pics. The light is really diffused and nice.
Absolutely. I really like the prime too. Just makes it that much more simple for me. I don't mind walking around lol. I definitely am glad I didn't go the 55mm route.Looks good. that 35mm focal length I steered you towards. You happy with it? I hope you can see the flexibility you have. Looks like you do based on these photos you are showing. great mix of wide perspective shots, and up close portraits.
Just keep shooting and it will all come together.
I'm eyeing a 50mm f1.4 prime lens for this purpose. Is there that big of a major difference with the 35mm f2.0 lens? Which one would be better?Looks good. that 35mm focal length I steered you towards. You happy with it? I hope you can see the flexibility you have.
