From what I've heard, yes. But remember only about 10% of all GT 350 buyers are on M6G, so we only know for sure about those sales. It's hard to know what the other 90% of buyers are really paying.

Yes, some of them are being sold. There are a few out here in the Bay that have sold for over 100k. TECH pack cars on top of that.

From what I've heard, yes. Remember, only the smartest GT 350 buyers are on M6G, but that represents less than 10% of all GT 350 buyers.
I stepped up to $5k ADM on the exact build I wanted with courtesy delivery = am I stupid?

Pull up Oh Well by Fleetwood Mac on youtube, one of Peter Green's greatest lines very appropriate to your question.

Sorry you don't appreciate. "Don't ask me what I think of you, I might not give the answer that you want me to."

Does anyone know if any of the cars sitting on dealers lots are actually being sold for $10K plus markups? I see a lot of them on Ebay, but don't know IF they are being sold, and if they are getting the markups they are asking?
Yes, (as much as I hate it) we got a RR Track pack in today that was not presold, and it's gone now. Before the end of the day. Over msrp. Over 10k over. People are willing to pay it, because to some the car is worth it.

I payed 3k, and drove 2 states to get it. The car is worth it to me. I would pay 5k for a track pack if the rest of the options were to my liking, I wouldn't like it but, as it gets warmer and more cars get out there the 10k plus ADM is coming back I'm afraid. I get a couple folks a week drive up to mine at work and take selfies, its a special car. You will make more money.

I don't think so. If it's exactly how you want it and you're okay with paying the ADM, who cares? The only reason I wouldn't want to pay ADM is if I cared about resale value. I paid a little more than you so I could order my car exactly how I wanted. I'm never selling my car and it's staying with me for the rest of my life. I wouldn't pay ADM if I had to compromise on the color or any other options though but that's just me.

Since I originally asked the question - "Does anyone know if any of the cars sitting on dealers lots are actually being sold for $10K plus markups? I see a lot of them on Ebay, but don't know IF they are being sold, and if they are getting the markups they are asking" - I'd like to explain why I asked - not to say good or bad about anyone, but to reach a conclusion - especially for those who haven't bought yet - That is: if ADM, such as $10K, is being accepted by many customers, then those who go out and pay it may be stuck with it to some extent......but if most aren't paying ADM's, then those out to buy should try to "dicker-down" .

Not at all. If you're happy with the deal, then it's no one else's business what you paid.

In rereading my message, I can see how it could be interpreted two ways - so I fixed it. What I meant was that only about 10% of all GT 350 buyers seem to be active on M6G, so we only know for sure about those sales. It's hard to know what the other 90% of buyers are really paying.

Everyone should try and do their best for price, credit if necessary etc. But if you press to hard for the deal you may just lose it so be careful.

I agree, we have no one else to answer to but ourselves and our immediate family so go and enjoy the car and forget about what people think and as you said what anyone pays for these cars is none of their business.

I would suggest that the M6G forum may represent more than 10% of all GT350 buyers based on the fact that many of the members on here are purchasers of multiple GT350/GT350's but in any event I suggest that your suggested percentage is not far off.

Also, I would suggest that our M6G members are about as informed and astute about the GT350/GT350R's when it comes to specs, performance, options, past and present market conditions and probably more so than any other forum or group of GT350 enthusiasts.

Having said that we pretty much all know what these Shelby's are presently selling for based on months of feedback from our informed membership therefore it is very evident to me that there have been very few MSRP purchases out there compared to the big picture which will encompass ~5000 units for the 2016MY.

I could be wrong but I would suggest that at least 85% of the purchases completed for any 2016 GT350/GT350R's have had an ADM in fact that number may be closer to 90% but that is just speculation on my part.

The bottom line is the overwhelming majority of 2016 GT350 owners have paid some sort of ADM in my humble opinion with a very small minority being able to secure these Shelby's at MSRP.

It is very evident to me that all of us that have paid an ADM for these great cars make up the majority of purchases for the 2016MY and from a personal standpoint certainly nothing that I am ashamed of based on current market conditions.
