Was at a local Ford dealer earlier today. Five 2016 GT350 in stock.

1 black Tech pkg
1 Black w/ white stripes Track Pkg
2 AG w/ black stripes Tech pkg
1 Magnetic w/ black stripes & black room Tech pkg

All listed at $65K.

Also, they have one 2017 allocation for a non-r for 4K over.

My guess is that they have to charge $65K for the 2016s because all of these came from other dealers, and they probably paid ADM to get them.

If you are one of the lucky MSRP guys on the 350 congrats. Far as the "R" ,I think you can forget that. Their will be people lined up for that deal. That's assuming they even are still building it in MY 18?

All signs point to 2017 GT350 being the last year. If you want it new, either jump on that boat, or miss it forever.

Model year production stops and starts on June 1~. Which means MY17 GT350 will stop being produced on June 2017, not end of the year. Which means if you want to custom order, it has to be done before April '17 IIRC. Which means get it ASAP and don't wait. I didn't.

I don't think there are any rules written in stone that production can't be more or less than one calendar year from whenever it starts.

True, but I am guessing this has more to do with the rumored GT500 coming in MY 2018.

It may or may not have anything to do with producing a 2018 GT500. But typically corporations operate by fiscal year.

They have 5 MY16's in stock. Not sure of packages but they are asking $10-20 over. All 2017 are $20k over MSRP. Better deals else where for sure.

What do you suppose they'll do with the voodoo motor in '18? I have a hard time believing they would sink all that cost into it and only use it for two years ('15 doesn't count). Especially since it's so well regarded.

Maybe a slightly modified version will show up in the '18 GT500 with a Supercharger attached to it?

I highly doubt it but...a screaming FPC with a supercharger whine! Sign me up.

03/04 Termi motor was only a two year run. Ford's done it before. Would kind of take away the shine from the GT350 is they did.
