Here are some real life pics sent to us by Petty's Garage of its S550 vehicle still under development.

Among the highlights in the famous Petty Blue paint are sparkles comprised of actual crushed and tumbled glass. It is also sporting a ghosted signature No. 43 logo -- Richard Petty's car number in his NASCAR days -- and a Petty Garage Spoiler and center exhaust for a totally unique look.

This Mustang will sport a Roush supercharged V8 and will be auctioned by Barrett-Jackson with proceeds benefiting Victory Junction charity.

I'm sure you don't have to be told, but take lots of pics!!!!! wish I was there, apparently small embroidery and vinyl/sticker shops can't get tickets.
I will be sure to get loads of pics! We're going to have a load of contact as well the week of the show!

Something about this car makes it look more like the S197. It's got some retro going on.

But that color is 100% win...center exhaust is interesting too

Center exhaust looks too restrictive. Should have gone the quad exhaust route for a more aggressive look.

So true!

I guess it is no different than girls with straight hair curling it and girls with curly hair straightening it. People always seem to want it the other way.

The Story:

"We met with the people at Ford back in June and we were lucky enough to get our hands on the new Mustang for a few days. We did a ton of measuring of that car so that we could get Chris Alston's Chassisworks to start building the rear sub frame and suspension. Once our car arrived to us back in September we were ready to rock and roll. We already had the rear sub frame ready to go. It was the little things that mostly took up all our time, such as making the new aluminum fuel tank that would still house all the factory hardware, fuel pumps, and Evap."

The 2015 Mustang Products:

We have designed two different exhaust systems for the 2015 Mustang -- an Axle Back, and a Cat Back. The Axle Back system is a great system for someone that is looking for that great muscle car sound and doesn't plan on doing any other major engine modifications. The Cat Back system that we are making is a complete dual 3" mandrel bent system complete with an X-pipe and two CGS Performance mufflers and all factory style hangers.

For the next 18 months we will tour the Mustang around in our CGS Highway Hauler to different shows around the West Coast."

Those lights look smoked...nice. And it does change the way it looks in the rear with the center panel painted same color as the car.

Is it just me or all the SEMA cars UGGGLY!
Whattt? I love the Richary Petty car. When i read the "tumbled glass" I thought "the hell does that mean??".

Then I saw the picture and wow!

It looks freakin great.

But I can see somebody didn't take Care while washing...already swirls on the black hood! :frusty:
