When you send a text from the car it has a signature of "sent from my ford" is it possible to change or remove the signature ?

No I'm 90% sure you can't change that unfortunately, most likely a feature to let the person you're texting know you're driving so you can legally let the car text someone for you...

I'd assume you can tell the car to select one of the crappy options i think there's 20 in total.
But have never tried it as i tend to receive texts, listen to them and just ignore them or phone the person back if it's urgent.
