Testing my new headers

yeah she will run. hell she would run with a turbo kit. your AFR might be a bit off but it will be fine as long as you don't put your foot into it! just drive her a bit and redo everything after you turn her back to stock.

SW long tubes 1 7/8 and hi flow cats ..No cat backs , only Roush axle backs ..

I put it back to stock tune and drove the car then reloaded the 93 race tune ..No change that I can tell ... Call Bama and they sent a updated tune ... I'm loading it now ... Sam at Coastal is going to the track tonight and I'm going to meet him there .. Sam said he knows what the problem is and he can fix it at the track ..

We will see what happens tonight ... I hope it's better than last night testing ..

Got the updated tune from Bama installed , it feels no different to me ...But I have no place around here where I can go wide open throttle...Only way to find out is hit the track tonight ...

One thing I felt last night was when I shift ( speed shift , foot never off the throttle) The motor would shut off like I was letting off the gas between shifts .. You can hear it in the video .. I had the peddle on the mat the hole time ..It didn't act like that with the old tune and stock headers ... I noticed it on the first pass and it felt strange .. Also with the other tune it would hit around 3k and just start pulling like it was coming on the cam ..It doesn't do that with this tune ... I liked what it did before , it was great for driving around town.. Now the throttle just feels flat , you have to push the gas more to get it moving ..

I would listen to Sam he is a smart guy. Im sure he will be able to fix it.. but remember in the future.. always put her back to stock before you upload a new tune lol! AND YOU BETTER GO JUNE 4th MY PARTS CAME IN!! Bradenton here we come!

i think there was a thread where it said you'll lose a little bit of hp.. from 7/8 3'' lt headers to a 2'' pipe cat back... thats how i felt on mine after i installed my headers but that was butt dyno... its the tune.. i had bama fix mines.. but now going to the n gauge from lund.. good luck friend.. get those good numbers bros

Well I got there before Sam got there so I made a few passes on Bamas new tune ..No good , best was 12.25 @ 111 ... Sam got there and loaded his tune and no help .. Two more runs and the best of 12.50 @ 109 .. This is the same tune Sam ran 11.40s on ... So it's not in the tune ...Not much left to do other than get it over to Sam and put it on the dyno and see what it's doing or not doing .. I'm worn out and sick over this hole problem ..Hard to believe a set of headers would cause this much of a problem ..:rant:
