I didn't know that there were several anime with an old yellow balding man with three little tentacle on the top of his head. Looked like he was in charge. Sitting every time I saw him.
I only saw bits and pieces of the anime. I remember some of the characters.
Short stocky guy wearing a brown cloak with a wooden staff, I think he threw magic.
