Tech Pack Sound System Details. Subwoofer?

The ordering guide suggests the sound system has 7 speakers. The ford website configurator indicates 7 speakers if you click on the "info" button under "tech pack". Then if you click info on the "premium AM/FM stereo" it says 9 speakers. I tend to trust the ordering guide due to the other configurator errors.
Does anyone know if 7 speakers includes a subwoofer or amp?

For those of you that are prepared to throw flames my way, I don't care much about the sound system when that 5.2 is running, but I might just crank up the sound when I'm replacing the worn out tires and brakes in the garage.

They could be counting coaxial as two speakers. They do that with the Shaker system. It's not really 12 speakers, since two of them are coax.

It's the odd number of speakers that makes me wonder. Any coax should still result in an even number. Is there a center front channel for the sync that they count as the 7th speaker, or is the 7th speaker a sub?

It is a center channel in the middle of the dash. There is no subwoofer.
