oh well, hopefully the order guide will change when the car actually launches.
I mean, the GT gives us choices(red or black or tan), its pretty much the same seats.

Typically the special cars like the Boss and GT350 provide less options than the base car like the GT. I wouldn't look for many new seat options, surprised they are offering as many as they are.

Are the side bolster any different than the regular GT?

Yes they are are deeper and thicker on back and on seat bottom...Think GT 500 PLUS.
