Tech pack seats skipping

In my leader seats if I release them, to get to the back seat, once I put Them back it seams it doesn't fully lock or at least one side locks. Once I sit in the drivers seat and rest my back one of the sides snaps back one notch. It doesn't happens always but it's frequent enough to be an annoyance. Of course I took it to the dealer and couldn't duplicate the problem. Dealer mention that those seats do that from time to time but without actually hearing or seeing the problem was not going to do anything.

Anyone had this problem or perhaps has a solution to the problem. Thanks

you have to kind of slam it back pretty hard for it to click into place.

In 2004 I bought a new Mach1 and went to take a buddy for a ride. He's been a power lifter all his life and weighs over 300 pounds. He gets in and tells me to punch it. I do and his seat sounded like a big ratchet as the seat back went all the way down to the Back seat cushion. The seat was okay, but it scared the crap outa me.

Not really once the seat is released I push the back in place normally. The seat will skip one right away it could be 30 min into the drive. There is no commen factor.

did that only happens once? Any replacement parts etc??? I'm 175 and original owner. These seats should be able to support my weight.

just the one time. I never let his big ass back in one of my cars ever again. He's broken every seat in his cars.
I'm 220 and the Recaros in my 350 are solid.
